Camera First. Always.

Sewer Cleaning
& Camera Inspection:
Find It. Fix It. Done.

Every job starts with a camera. We run it through your line, show you the footage, and tell you straight what is causing the problem. Then we clear it the right way or tell you if the pipe itself needs to be repaired.

Sewer problems do not wait. We answer fast and get out there. Serving Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and all of NW Wisconsin.

Camera Inspection

You See Exactly What Is in Your Pipe Before We Recommend Anything.

Most sewer problems get misdiagnosed. A plumber runs a snake, clears the immediate blockage, and sends you a bill. Six months later the problem is back because the root cause was never addressed. We do it differently.

We push a high-resolution camera through your sewer line from a cleanout or access point. The camera sends live footage to a monitor. You watch it with us. We explain what we are seeing, where the problem is located, and how far from your house it sits. When we are done, you have a clear picture of what is actually wrong and what the right fix is.

What the Camera Finds

  • Root intrusion at pipe joints
  • Cracked or collapsed pipe sections
  • Offset or separated joints from soil movement
  • Grease or debris buildup restricting flow
  • Bellied sections where pipe has sagged and waste collects
  • Foreign objects causing blockages
  • Pipe material condition and estimated remaining life

If the camera shows the pipe is structurally compromised, we explain what repair makes sense and why. If it shows a clearable blockage, we clear it and confirm the result on camera before we leave.

Signs You Need a Camera Inspection
  • Slow drains throughout the house
  • Recurring backups that clear then come back
  • Gurgling sounds from drains or toilets
  • Sewage smell inside the house
  • Buying a home with a sewer system older than 30 years
  • Another company said they could not clear the line
  • Wet spots or sinkholes in the yard above the sewer line
Pre-Purchase Inspections

Buying a home? A sewer camera inspection before closing can save you a significant repair bill after. Older homes in Wisconsin often have clay laterals that a standard home inspection never evaluates. We run the camera, show you what is there, and give you the information you need before you commit.

Mechanical Cleaning

A rotating cable with a cutting head sent through the pipe to break up root masses, grease buildup, and debris blockages. Effective for most common blockages in residential laterals. Fast and does not require significant setup.

Hydro-Jetting

High-pressure water blasted through the pipe to cut through root masses, flush grease and debris completely, and restore the pipe to near-original flow capacity. More thorough than mechanical cleaning and leaves the pipe interior clean for camera verification.

Clearing Methods

We Use the Right Tool for What the Camera Shows. Not the Easiest One.

After the camera tells us what we are dealing with, we match the clearing method to the actual problem. A light root intrusion at one joint is a different job than a fully packed root mass in a 70-foot clay lateral. We do not use the same approach on both.

After Cleaning, Camera Again

We run the camera a second time after clearing to confirm the blockage is fully gone and the pipe interior is clean. You see the before and after. We do not leave until the camera confirms it is clear.

When Cleaning Is Not Enough

Sometimes the camera shows a problem that cannot be solved by cleaning. A collapsed section, a severely offset joint, or a pipe so root-damaged that it collapses again within months of clearing. When that is the case, we tell you straight and explain what repair makes sense. We do not just clear it and let you call us again in six months.

Questions

Common Questions

How long does a camera inspection take?

Most residential camera inspections take between 30 minutes and an hour depending on access conditions and the length of the line being inspected. We show you the footage in real time and walk through what we found before we leave.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Not much. Try to avoid running water or flushing for about an hour before we arrive. If you know where your cleanout is, that helps, but we can find it if needed. We bring everything required for the inspection.

Can you clear a line that another company could not?

Often yes. We have resolved blockages that other companies were unable to get through. The combination of camera diagnosis and the right clearing method for the specific problem makes a significant difference. Call us at (715) 658-6070 and describe what happened.

What if the camera shows the pipe needs to be replaced?

We explain what we found, show you the footage, and tell you what the repair options are. If pipe bursting or CIPP lining makes sense, we explain why and give you a price. You have the full picture before we ask you to decide anything.

Do you serve Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls?

Yes. We serve Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Altoona, Lake Hallie, Fall Creek, and all of Chippewa and Eau Claire counties. We also serve a wide area of northwestern Wisconsin. Call (715) 658-6070 to confirm we reach your address.

What is hydro-jetting and when is it better than a snake?

A snake breaks up a blockage. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to cut through it and flush everything completely out of the line. For grease buildup, heavy root masses, or lines that have been repeatedly snaked and keep blocking, hydro-jetting clears them more completely and the results last longer.
